We worked with Mike and he so so so helpful. Never pushed us and was very real. We needed earrings to be made and he made them that day. He went out of his way and went above and beyond. Great service and people! Our earrings turned out absolutely beautiful. We will be back in the future!

I visited last week for the first time and was warmly greeted by Karen. She was kind, knowledgeable and resourceful. I felt at ease especially since a lot of places can leave you uneasy and very skeptical. She answered all of my inquiries about my jewelry, had great customer service and was very forthcoming. I truly appreciated her honesty and will come back in the near future to do business. Mike was also helpful, thank you both for your professionalism.

Karen was helpful and informative on the phone, and Michael went out of his way to help me understand pricing and how best to use my new information gained. He bought several pieces at more than fair pricing and even missed his lunch to help me more thoroughly. I would/will absolutely come back again

This is my new Rolex that I just bought and Karen was awesome at helping me pick out the face and bezel to customize my watch just for me. As you can see it turned out fantastic!!! Came in to get a clamp repaired and brought some extra gold I had in the jewelry box. Was willing to part with all of it to cover the repair costs, however they didn’t just accept it and insisted on paying me cash for excess value over the cost of service. The owner and the crew are stand up people. Second time doing business here and will always check here first for all of my jewelry needs.

I had a wonderful visit with Karen, she was attentive and incredibly helpful while looking over some inherited jewelry I recently acquired. Also, Dana adjusted my Rolex for me while I was working with Karen, and he even told me some cool info about my watch that I was not privy to. Overall an outstanding visit.

Came here to get some links taken out of a Burberry watch I was given as a gift. Mike the owner was extremely kind and helpful. Took the links out for me quickly and sent me on my way. Great employees working there. Nice watch selection as well.
