Great staff, clean facility and as we all know mammograms are not fun and the pressure can be excruciating. This was by far, the l”most comfortable and thorough mammogram I’ve received thus far! Thanks HMBC!!
Mammograms are never fun but the staff at this facility are incredibly pleasant and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and received my results in under 24 hours. Houston Methodist is, in general, the gold standard in care. This location is a jewel in their crown.
Great experience with both the US and radiology techs and the radiologist. FYI- you are being cared for by technicians, not nurses, techs are the norm for this type of setting.
Everyone was very nice and helpful and the nurses are wonderful. They have very compassionate hearts and care about their patients.
Going on 4 weeks and zero follow-up after my mammogram. Tried calling and no one could help me and was transferred to voicemail.
The people here are very compassionate and give the best care to patients.
I’ve had several false positives showing breast mass at this clinic followed by ultrasounds by the physician all due to technician error. My gynecologist said they were ripping me and my insurance company off. Went to Woman’s hospital and have had negative results ever since
