It was difficult to find. Must go up stairs and toward the end of building. No signs to assist with where to go. The other stores didn't know who all where in the area. The visit was very interesting. Dr. Singleton and staff are very polite and professional atmosphere. The office has a calm vibe to it. An Ultrasound was taken of both legs. Payment is expensive if you haven't met your deductible. Like $800 at one time. The staff explained and offered types of plans to assist with payment if you were accepted .

Video consultation with doctor went well. My insurance info was given to office staff. Scheduled ultrasound and tech was competent and talked to me about what would happen if I chose treatment. A treatment plan was made and handed to me by office staff. As a retired medical professional I did have many additional questions since the procedure I was considering was not without risks and can have many post procedural issues. I wanted to talk to the doctor again. I made a call and had to leave a message with answering service.I also sent an email with my questions. No one called me back or contacted me until I called again to the answering service 3 days later. The office never answers the phone directly. I was concerned that not enough medical history was taken and no real explanation of the procedures and consequences were discussed. The office person said she would look for my email while I was on the phone with her. I thought this was rather unprofessional. Overall, I was not confident enough to proceed with treatment.

Bad experience appointments are canceled at the last minute. A month ago, I paid in advance $599.00 for a treatment of injections, it was canceled as well without an explanation. Treatment has not been rescheduled and my payment has NOT been reimbursed neither. Today I had an ultrasound scheduled at 4:30 pm at the River Oaks location, I got there 20 minutes before and surprisingly the clinic was closed I called to all the phone numbers, but no answer. I am very disappointed and worried about these actions and serviceI thought they were professionals. Please help

Waste of time and money. I specifically asked if it was a free consultation and gave my insurance information. They told me yes, but that was a lie. The visit was completely useless. The doctor barely looked at my legs and told me I would have to come back for another consultation to get any kind of treatment plan going. They also let me know they were in the process of changing ownership and the doctor was leaving and there was nothing they could do for me at the moment. I got a $100 bill in the mail for NOTHING. It was a waste of my 15 minutes.

This office is currently closed with no explanation. I had an appointment and was told the Dr. would no longer take my Medicare. They said I could drive 50 miles and the Dr. in the Woodlands would take my insurance. When you call them you get someone in another state and they won't give you the phone number to speak with someone at the clinic. For about 4 years I would get at least two appointments one for left leg one for right leg. They said that insurance would allow only one leg at a time. Turns out this was false information. I went to a new Dr. today and he said he could and would do both legs at the same time. He just doesn't get paid as much. He also said once he finished my treatments I won't have to see him again unlike the two treatments a year I was getting with USA Vein Clinics, previously Vein Clinics of America. There was also a time that they left the window blinds to their break room down and on their white board they had statistics showing they were behind in their quotas. They have also currently closed the Southwest Freeway location. I was told by the new Dr. office that I am going to said that USA/Vein Clinics of America rotated through their staff frequently. Bottom line, I would go somewhere else.

It was a very good experience, from scheduling to the actual visit. Everyone in the clinic was very nice, the doctor explained everything in an expert and professional manner. The treatment recommended was affordable! Highly recommended.

Dr. Singleton, George, and the staff are amazing! I couldn’t be happier with he results of my vein treatments. I had ablations, deep sclerotherapy injections, and superficial injections. The office is organized and on-time. My legs look and FEEL great! Highly recommend

The Doctor is very professional, humble, friendly and kind. All the staff is friendly, especially the girl who is the ultrasound technician; she is very sweet and kind.

Wonderful doctor and staff. Everyone is kind, on time, easy to get appointments. I have been several times this last quarter and I am 100% happy with my treatments and overall experience. Hard to say that about any other clinic with so much consistency.

All staff were Very professional, polite, and the location was spotless. Nurse George was terrific. He was very patient, answered all my questions about sclerotherapy treatment, and made me feel less nervous. I would recommend highly.
