Love the nurses since they are very nice, friendly and caring. However, the lady in front desk is rude and unprofessional. We never get her voice mail about the charge for facility which is over $200, we asked her what is that cost and she said that she left voicemail on our phone which is not true.
I was treated so kind and with so much respect! Everyone from the person that checked me in, all who took care of me, to the nurse that wheeled me to wait for our car was absolutely amazing!!! Dr. Raijman, you are super and I will refer all my friends to you!! Thank you for your excellent care and checking up on me the following day!
Worst experience ever! Rude and unprofessional staff!!!
