Here at the Texas Orthopedic Hospital, everyone that I have had any contact with is amazing. From the lady who delivers my food to the Dr's. They are all very professional, while also getting on personal level. Everyone seems to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort level is comfortable. All the people who work here should have a cape and a mask, because I guarantee each one is a hero to someone up here in the hospital. They all make sure you understand everything that is going on. Dr Brinker is a miracle worker, so it seems fitting to have the best people in their field around him in order to help people like myself get back to where I need to be physically. Thanks Again, Texas Orthopedic Hospital
My husband had hip replacement surgery on Tuesday, October 4th. His Physician was Dr Burke. This was an experience like no other I have ever had with my previous 5 surgeries at other hospitals. The staff was very professional, the nurses were exceptional, especially Sarah , Myra. Jennifer and of course Adam Stephen. The food was 5 star delicious! Kitchen staff was outstanding! Most of all was the care to our needs from everyone. That was so special. Dr Burke is an outstanding physician. My husband breezed through this surgery with all his skill. Thank you Texas Orthopedic hospital. ! Keep up the excellent job you are doing! You are so appreciated. Lynn and Stan Smith
We have been here several times for issues with my kids and always had a great experience. Today my son had surgery and I was very impressed with how well managed everything was. From check in to check out things went smoothly and quickly. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. All of the doctors we’ve seen here have always been very good and Dr Ronak Patel for my sons surgery explained things very well and has a great bed side manner.
My entire experience with Texas Orthopedic Hospital was wonderful. True professionals who care about patients and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I had wrist surgery yesterday and was incredibly impressed with everyone from receptionists to nurses to the doctors. Excellent facility. Thank you for making surgery a pleasant experience.
Surgery check in all the way to discharge, the nurses and staff were very sweet and caring. They make sure to keep you comfortable the whole time even when you come out of surgery. They also make sure you get plenty of crackers and water or juice when you wake up. I will go back any time there if I need surgery on my foot or something else tendon. The whole time I was in great hands with the surgeon and nurses that took care of me.
I have had 3 surgeries at this hospital. Each time I have been shown so much kindness and concern. Everyone, staff, Drs., nurses, assistants, cleaning personnel have been amazing. I recommend TOH to anyone who will need orthopedic care, you will definitely be in good hands.
I have had quite a few procedures done at this hospital. If I could rate my doctors, I would give them a 5. However, the billing department has made my experience with TOH post op miserable. I have been working to correct a bill from a procedure that occurred a year and 9 months ago for well over a year and a half. I have given them all the info needed multiple times and put the in touch with my insurance representative multiple times. I have tried to escalate this so many times and keep getting pushed around to different groups. I would let this go but this is $1700. I have spent way too many hours trying to get this bill fixed. I normally wouldn’t post a review but I don’t know what else to do at this point. Make sure you understand all of your bills and confirm it’s correct with your insurance before agreeing to anything with TOH.
The care that I received was top notch. Everyone was very attentive and the listened to my questions and concerns. Dr Edwards and his team did a great job on my shoulder and I could not be happier with the results.
Texas Orthopedic Hospital, especially, Dr. Brinker and his staff were the last doctor we called to take my husband’s unique case seven months ago. Yes, you might have to wait in the waiting room a bit longer, but that is because they take their time assessing everything to help each individual patient! We have become “frequent flyers” due to husband’s condition and everyone that we have had any contact with is wonderful! From the staff who check you in before surgery, the pre-op nurses, the surgery staff, the patient liaison, the staff who take/deliver food to the room or serve in the cafeteria, ALL the nurses and nurses aides, the Starbucks Bistro, the bracing staff, and to ALL the doctors are AMAZING and are like family!!!! They are all very professional, while also getting on personal level. Everyone seems to go above and beyond to ensure my husband and I’s comfort levels were met every time we have had to stay in the hospital. They all make sure you understand everything that is going on while there and before you go home. Drs. Brinker, Shah and Gharbaoui are miracle workers, and they have to have the best people in their field around them in order to help people like my husband get back on track to his active life! Thank you for what you all do, Texas Orthopedic Hospital!!!!
I’ve had 5 surgeries at this hospital and couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Kozac and Dr. Braley and his office staff and the hospital staff. Always courteous, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I am not from Texas but this is my go to place when I need something done. This is how caretakers are supposed to be! YOU GUYS ROCK
