Patiently Answered all questions I had about the proposed new system. Once we agreed, they came out the same day, confirmed everything- no surprises. Courteous and professional interactions. We installed a tankless water heater that included recirculation in the original quote. I recommend if you are going with a tank that has recirculation make sure you are very thorough on your original quote. Long story short, we still do not have recirculation in half of our house. Kind and courtesy crew. They were clean and respectful of our home. It would have been 5 stars if Houston Water Heaters would have been able to execute what we were quoted.Service: Water heater installation
