My husband and me had the best experience working with Houwzer. Our agent, Howard Smith had a great knowledge of the market and advised us accordingly. We were a little concerned as we put the house on market around the time when interested rates spiked and were anxious if we would be getting good buyers. Our house was sold within 6 days of being in the market! The icing on the cake is the flat $5000 as seller's commission that helped us save more than $10,000. I would recommend Houwzer a 100%.

A great experience from beginning to end. I loved the Houwzer dashboard showing me the current status of the entire selling process. My agent was super helpful and knowledgeable, and I felt very reassured and confident that all my needs and concerns were being addressed by the Houwzer team. Chris and Houwzer are amazing! We were first time home buyers. You couldn't ask for a greater team to work with. From start to finish everything was fantastic. Everyone we worked with was great. Contacted Houwzer Real Estate about a true Flat fee listing, different than what they advertise for For Sale By Owner seller. Couldn't get representative to answer a simple question and asked why when I contacted their agent by email no one bothered to let me know if they could help me sell my home or if they weren't interested just say so. No or poor communication is the first sign of a bad customer service experience, and when doing something as critical as selling a home for a client without it, it's nightmare waiting to happen. There are many upfront and communicative real estate companies that would love to have my business and know how important proper communication is. Apparently Houwzer a newer company hasn't figured that out yet. Gave them a chance and they dropped the ball bigtime. Thank goodness I didn't trust them with the sale of my house. Yep, not recommended.

I had a great experience with Houwzer. My agent Chad crushed it. He found me the perfect sized house in the city with a giant backyard and helped me navigate an unbelievable deal. I used Houwzers in house mortgage team and Jeff was awesome to work with. I would recommend this combo to anyone.
