I've been an HSBC client for over 17 years and the service, brick and mortar, and internet banking has never been worse... I have spent countless hours trying to log on but it never works. I am now forced to leave because the bank simply does not function as a bank needs to in 2019... sad to go, but not sorry.
The worst! The line didn't move for at least ten minutes. The clientele are slow, stupid, and country as hell. They want to take their time and chit chat with the tellers and they are indulged not to rush. Will NEVER come back. Makes NO sense. This is not the place to go if you are pressed for time. My ENTIRE LUNCH HOUR.
Very poor customer service. These people do not care about their clients! I’ve sat in this bank for hours and my issue was not resolved. I’ve seen people wait for customer service and left without being assisted. They need to hire more staff and ones who actually care about its members to ensure quality service.
Extremely no efficiently.
The manager in charge the day I went in, Donald Charles, refused to cash my check after asking me a bunch of personal questions.
