Worst bank period. Slow service. Poorly trained employees. Misleading bank accounts. I spend more time with this bank than any other bank dealing with the most BS items. They need tremendous retooling from the top up. Go to Chase.

They told me they don't do cash advances since have another bank. wasted my time on line within branch.

Short stuffed, 7 people in line and 3 behind me left. Savi is the only one working, it looks like. Take 30-40 min to make a deposit. I hope this helps add some people to help one lady at the counter. A bank shouldn't be this way.

Lady at the counter this morning was very rude. I am not sure how she received all her customer service awards. I waited all day to write this thinking I would calm down. VERY RUDE. The guy last week was slow AF, but at least he was kind.

Wouldn't sell me quarters because I'm not a member.
