I opened a debit account here. I found out that if you deny to open a credit card or invest sth they suggest, their attitude changed immediately and won’t even talk a letter with you.

My personal Banker Derrick is amazing. Like all US based bank branches there are people who are not professional enough but overall, I love going thete.

This is the closest branch to my workplace and I’ve been here multiple times and they are always understaffed and even the simplest operations are always painfully slow and frustrating
