Great bank. Great staff. And if I'm not mistaken, this used to be the old Toots Shor's restaurant, frequented by such people as Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Joe DiMaggio and Ernest Hemmingway.
Wish I could give 0 stars, can't cash a Chase issued check and offered no alternatives
They are amazing!! I have multiple problems with one card and the other chase banks weren't helping at all. This one is by far the best all agents knew what needed to be done and were so poilite and so helpful everything was done in a flash!
I would give 0 stars if i had the option. This bank is holding my deposit for 10 days! And they dont help me out. I wouldnt trust them to hold my funds. You dont have this right. Basically you are holding millikns of dollars to use it at night repo, interest income. The loan sharkers would even do what you do.
