HSU & Co. Health Food Store North

This is an amazing store! Mrs. Hsu and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable. I trust that when I go in the store to ask a question, I am going to get an honest and thought out answer to my question. They're not just trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need and most of the time they will give you a sample to try before you buy. It is amazing how they can speak to you for 5 minutes and not only help you with what you're looking for, but also give you advice about something else that even you didn't think about trying to remedy. Thank you HSU & Co. for helping me with my essential oils joirney and for always thinking about how you can help everyone that walks into your store.

The staff is always warm, welcoming, and informed. If they don't have a product your looking for they are more than happy to order it for you.

Awesome store, the guy I talked to was very kind and knowledgeable after a misunderstanding where I had gotten some niacinamide instead of niacin. He gave me an exchange with no hassle and was very kind 😊 I appreciate that. A1.

Very knowledgable lady. I bought some Korean ginseng and some good multi vitamins. she also offered me some before I tried it the ginseng was good

I will no longer patronize this store. When I tried to return some honey that crystallized, the sales associate was rude and unprofessional, a female with dark hair and glasses. Another associate told me that I could return the honey because it crystallized.
