My favorite place to buy gifts for everyone I love. Staff is friendly and helpful with a great mom and pops feel to the service. I go there just to brows and chat with nice folks.

PROFESSIONALS IN CUSTOMER PREVENTION ! Unfortunately! They are VERY good at customer prevention . Be careful when purchasing! rob, the manager did nothing to help on a exchange . Had a receipt, called well within the terms of their return policy . Talked to a man named Dave . Dave was very nice and seemed to understand . My time was running out on their return policy . I explained that I lived 45 miles from them and it was hard to get there in the next week . Dave was understanding and didnt think that was a problem . I drove over 45 min and met a man named "rob". rob was unwilling to do anything . I asked if he could give me a break or little discount on a new one, NOPE! Didn’t seem to care that I spent almost $300 And the product was no good. He checked it out himself and admitted that sometimes that happens and said I should contact the Manufacture. They would take care of this product . I’ll not be spending any more $$$ on a company that would make the customer deal with the manufacturer on a product they sold . I should call the Manufacture? Seems like that should be their job. Not at this store.. GOOD LUCK!

Still shopping here as an adult. Great assortment and prices are ok. Something for everyone here. Helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They always have the answers and parts I need in stock for all of my Traxxas RC trucks. Highly recommend this place. Thanks

Found the stuff for my traxxas pretty easy and the guys there found the stuff i needed really fast. Will have to go back.
