I honestly wish that I could be more upset it's going out of business. But it makes sense.
I was born in 1984, so I grew up with Toys"R"Us commercials, with the jingle and Geoffrey the Giraffe, and as I grew up and watched all the toy stores closing, I admit, I was happy to see Geoffrey hanging on. That is, until I had kids of my own and went back to realize just how expensive everything is there and how cold and lonely it feels inside a huge store with only a handful of employees working there (good luck if you need assistance).
Even with their current discounts, as they liquidate what's left, some items can still be found cheaper at stores nearby.
So long, and thanks for the memories.

What can I say crazy too many toys, way too overpriced junk that I would never buy for my kid that I am glad my kid is too young to pester me incessantly for. That said she has birthday coming up in this place is in its going out of business sale aspect so why not give it a shot that said I don't think that it's toys are all that much of a discount considering it's dying. I spent way too long in this place looking for too few things that I was willing to spend the way too many dollars on for a store that is supposedly going out of business. For example what they want for Legos, even 15% off, ridiculous! I felt sorry for the staff knowing that they were going to have to find a new job but I quite frankly told them that I was damn glad that they're store chain was dying before my kid got old enough to pester me about going there and wasting God knows how many thousands of dollars over the years on useless toy junk, simply because she saw it on a commercial during her favorite cartoons. Just before they die on June 30th I'm going to go in there and probably give them a best last offer on a bouncy castle. Between my wife's sisters, and her older sister's kids, we have half a dozen kids under the age of 4 and two more on the way. If I can get a bouncy castle for around two hundred bucks I'll get my money's worth out of it 10 times over and birthday parties alone over the next four years.

Best Toys R Us in Minnesota. Always have exactly the figure or plushie I want to add to my collection. Always the best service of any Toys R Us I've been to as well. Glad they didn't close and look forward to spending money here for years to come. Keep up the good work guys.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful, this is a great place to bring my preschool age kids to watch what they get excited about for birthday and Christmas gift ideas for them and similarly aged kids. They always have fun browsing here. The sales and prices stay competitive even with online retailers plus it's nice to actually have hands on a product before buying.

Despite it being Christmas, and very chaotic inside the store, employees were very helpful in finding what we were looking for. The store was well-maintained and stocked very well in anticipation for the increase in Shopper traffic. There was a specific doll that we were looking for and the website said they didn't have it, but when we went there they had plenty of them on the Shelf. I told one of the employees this, and a day later the website reflected the right count of dolls available. There are many options available for the customer to get promotional discounts and Deals including getting a credit card which is not something that most Shoppers want to do. But there are plenty of sales which reduced the price of the merchandise down to what is similar at Walmart. I recommend this store because of their great customer service cleanliness and willingness to help find what you're looking for.
