Huddle House

My bacon was uncooked and had a hair on it. I asked for cheese on my hash Browns and had to send them back and when I got them the cheese was not even melted. The waitress was in such a hurry she couldn't even give us time to tell our whole order. She took my meal off the ticket but the service and food should be better and the cooks need to wear hair nets. I usually really like this huddle house but this experience was not good.

This was one of this most disturbing visits to a huddle House I have ever seen..not only is this crew full of methheads who I believe we're getting fried in the back...but the attitude of the staff was obnoxious Not only did they publicly announce they were all high in a group meeting up front and I quote "before this meeting let's take a moment for those who are SOBER."...but the waitress took a plate from my girlfriend who wasn't even done eating...I mean these guys were clearly FRIED.... I PERSONALLY AM A MANAGER AT A RESTAURANT AND IF MY CREW BEHAVED IN THIE MANNER I WOULD HAVE THEM REPLACED...there was even a fellow who came out of the back who it was also announced DID NOT WORK THERE.... THERE WAS ALSO VULGAR RAP BLARING OVER THE STORES AUDIO SYSTEM ... AN ELDERLY CPUPLE WHO WAS THERE AT THE SAME TIME LEFT BECAUSE IT WAS A SONG ABOUT MAKING CRACK.... TO THE GENERAL MANAGER: I SUGGEST YOU REPLACE THIS CREW IMMEDIATELY....I WAS IN YOUR RESTURANT ON APRIL 30TH 2018 JUST BEFORE NOON IN A ORANGE TENNESSEE TSHIRT...CHECK YOUR CAMERAS BUDDY AND TAKE ACTION BEFORE YOUR CREWS BEHAVIOR GETS YOU REPLACED...THIS WAS THE WPWOR VISIT TO ANY RESTURANT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!

Poor service every time we go in we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to clean the grill then 20 minutes to order then 30 min. To get food... Be prepared for an all nighter just to eat

Huddle House in London, KY is awesome. Good food at a great price! Jimmy cooks the food up right. Marsha is the most warm and wonderful waitress we have had in all our travels. She was top notch! We will be back!
