Hostess ignored us. Seated myself.  This typically happens here.  Table was uneven.  Multiple staff members made eye contact without conversation including management.  Definitely my least favorite Hudson Grille to go to. And I am a VIP member.  I wasn't asked to add my VIP number to order.

The food is always phenomenal and the desserts are amazing. I have been multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. The management is doing an incredible job. I only wish they bring the coconut cake back. Keep up with the outstanding work.

I was told to go to the Midtown location!!! However this location was closer at the time. Hostess was great, female server was cute however her service was HORRIBLE!!! Drinks were okay. Restaurant wasn't busy at all, waited over 25 mins for our drinks & salad. Server was MIA the entire time, had to keep asking other servers to find the server. The other servers took care of their customers!

Perfect experience except for it feeling like a freezer.... food was delicious ,server was Ebony. Ebony was great,she knew menu and offer suggestions etc...definitely will come again!

This place is WONDERFUL! Me and my family always go here and every time it’s amazing! The food and employees are great! Keep up the good work
