We ae so lucky in Lake Oswego to have such a terrific ND in our midst. I am so glad I found her and that she is so experienced and talented. She can treat everything from my sore throat to my struggle with weight loss and she does all of that with a calm, gentle manner that makes you feel like you are the only patient she has. She starts with natural solutions but she has many more tools in her box if she needs them. She will always find time for you on her appointment book, never leave you waiting and never rush through the appointment. I love working with her. I would recommend her to anyone with any medical issue because I know she will either help you or put you in touch with the person who can. She is the gateway to good heath!

I am a 40 something mother of 4 kids and was tired ALL OF THE TIME. When 3pm rolled around I was watching the clock for bedtime but so still tired in the morning even though I'd had over 8 hours of sleep. My quality of life was terrible. At first I worked at my symptoms utilizing the knowledge I have gleaned over the years about diet and exercise and getting enough rest and drinking enough water. I eliminated caffeine, alcohol and sugar. I did feel a little better after all of these positive changes (after the withdrawls of course) but I was still so tired! I thought perhaps I had chronic fatigue syndrome or perhaps it was my thyroid? So I went to Tanya to seek her advice. She put me through a very thorough gamut of tests and determined that my thyroid was healthy but my adrenal glands were tapped. In addition, I had some food allergies I was completely unaware of. After making the adjustments to my diet and my lifestyle (she prescribed at least 5 min of complete quiet time) I was a new woman! My friends and colleagues all remarked about the change in my demeanor and my attitude. I seriously feel that Tanya saved my life and am very grateful to her for being patient, thorough and understanding. It's so lovely to be back on top of things again. Thank you Tanya!
