Dr McKay, Naturopathic Physician

I would and will recommend Dr. Deborah McKay to any one who was having trouble going through estrogen dominance issues. I have been seeing Dr. McKay for the last 5 months and I must say that the quality of my life has improved significantly due to her knowledge in the field of women's health issues. When I first came to Dr. McKay I was in severe pain... had no energy and was quite frankly a very cranky human being. I did what she recommended....supplements ..diet change...portion control. I have followed her directions faithfully and to a T. The result is that I am pain free....have more energy than I have had 20 years and my head and thoughts are clear as a bell. If anyone would like to talk to me about my experience with Dr. McKay I would welcome them to do so ..I will tell them that she cares for the patient and is readily available when questions arise. I give her 5 stars........she deserves 10....

Dr McKay changed my life. Seriously. Through good science and exploring alternative methods her work and insight helped me to lose weight, lose the foggy brain of middle age, and decrease my stress at work. She based her work on the science of what my blood work was intimating to her. Then we took steps every couple of weeks to change my lifestyle and habits. The result is that my blood and hormone levels are as healthy as they can be.

Dr McKay is top-drawer. So bright, so helpful, so responsive to the needs of clients. She is a prolific reader and serious about staying at the top of her field. She participates in a study group with other naturopaths, which means you vicariously have the knowledge and experience of other naturopaths, who are all helping each other be the best they can be. Dr McKay is a wealth of knowledge. She also knows how to boil it down to practical, pragmatic steps that support maximal wellness. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Deborah McKay is a fantastic naturopathic physician. Besides being one of the greatest listeners and problem solvers from a holistic health perspective, her staff are all also very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Deb McKay for anyone suffering thyroid, weight or stress related disease - she works wonders! Your whole body will thank you!
