Hughie's

Story

Hughie’s is a Vietnamese/American restaurant situated in the well-established Timbergrove and Lazybrook community. The establishment has been with the community as Diary Queen, and then Queen Burger. As Hughie’s, also the owner and operator of the previous Queen Burger, we seek to incorporate the traditions of the former establishment into our new menu, thus the fusion of two cultures. We strive to incorporate both establishments because we understand the importance of culture and tradition.

Hughie’s is a casual dine in establishment where anyone can drop by for a quick Vietnamese sandwich, vermicelli bowl, a shaking beef dish or a traditional burger with family and friends. Although Hughie’s is a “tavern”, it is still family friendly and includes a kid’s menu.

Want a Vietnamese sandwich (Banh Mi) and a beer? Why not! We offer a large variety of craft, domestic and import beers. We have 22 beers on draft and over 30 in bottles/cans. In addition, we seek to support the local breweries such as Brash, Eureka Heights and St. Arnold. So come on in and support the little guys!
