Much improvement as now you can get in-and-out of this location that having spent your whole day. You now can also do an application on line which and save you the embarrassment Or shame of having to ask for help or receive benefits because of your current situation .This U staff members I have met have been nice I know how to answer questions you may have about the process. I have a case worker that has went above and beyond to assist me as we were living way above our means and had something to happen that changed our life dramatically In 48 hours we received emergency food stamps and I was able to have a surgery within 5 days as they a approvedbmy benefits and Contacted my surgeon to let them know it would be covered so I could have the surgery I needed

I was calling for a patient that is in the hospital and I have made three calls and still have not talked to a person.

It's ok but it could really use some improvement as far as helping people get the things they need done in a more timely fashion instead of having people wait forever to talk to somebody. Plus it wouldn't hurt to do some remodeling since this building is old and its could use a good deep cleaning so when people come in they feel more comfortable instead of feeling like your gonna catch a cold or something.
