This location is really good. The service is usually decent with minimal errors. The food is a little above average, always tastes good. Deliver is prompt and on time . I think anyone would be happy with this specific location.Food: 4/5
Im so sick of this place being cheap. We pay for a product and we expect a product. We do not expect barely enough cheese to cover a pie. We expect enough chese to make the pie taste good, not like a burnt piece of cardboard with pepperoni on it. You've lost this customer so you could save 20 cents in food cost. I feel robbed by visiting your establishment. I feel personally insulted by the how little cheese was on my pie. I feel that your company doesn't appreciate my hard earned money enough to meet it with a quality product. And that you would rather save a few cents in food cost by robbing it from your customers. I am your victim not your customer.
Rude customer service and took over an hour for a small pizza. Ended up canceling and the manager gave attitude and hung up on me when asking for an update. Asked me “if I’ve looked outside lately” when asking how long it would be.
8/22/23 12:52 oder a pizza dipping sauce and a pop same thing I get every da with delivery it's 16.07. They had the delivery brung my Door dash with out my knowledge tried to extra charge me 6.99 the MANGER LIED AND SAID It WAS FOR A LUNCH SPECIAL THEY DIDN'T ADD THAT TAKES OFF 6.99 MIND U I BUY THE SAME THING EVERY DAY IF U DNT HAVE DRIVERS COOL SAY THAT DONT JUST LIE SO U CAN CHARGE ME MORE THEN SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. the only reason I ever noticed the difference cuz keep in mind I pay 20 dollars after tipping there drivers . The doordash driver forgot half the order that's the only reason I even noticed anything so rude I'll keep eating there cuz there down the street but this ain't over
Manager gave me a torn dollar bill I gave it back and told him he shouldn't give customer's torn money give it to the bank he stated with an attitude that it still had the serial numbers on it and I still explain to him that it was torn give it to the bank give me a complete dollar he wind up giving me a dollar grudgingly I shouldn't have to experience that
This s place has great customer service they’re quick food is always hot
On 6/22 I ordered a large square with double cheese, pepperoni and butter cheese crust. IT WAS BURNED. I complained and received a message to call so they would make it right. I called 6/ 23 and was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours. NOTHING happened. I called again on 6/ 25 and filed another complaint. Was told to allow 48 hours. Still nothing. This franchise is worthless!!
Idk what happened to this place but I was put on the phone with someone who knew nothing about ordering or anything about the items I was ordering when I got done with questions I was told they would not be able to deliver that far. Mind you my address is exactly 1.5 miles away in Warren I could run to this store on foot in 10 minutes or less after he transferred me to the store I was hung up on. The reason for delivery is my girlfriends is watching the kids and delivery is easy I’m now extremely disappointed in this location. Second time this week I was also told they wouldn’t be able to make it to my work at 12 and Groesbeck 4 miles from this location. This is crazy I always ate from this location never again
