One of the tastiest vegan pizzas I’ve had I got a half and half margarita and BBQ Jackfruit. Their marinara sauce is just as delicious. The host and the servers were both nice. It seems like a cool sports bar to hangout with a bunch of friends. You can watch a game or play pool. We ended up choosing a few other options before coming here, because the number of reviews were higher elsewhere, but this place definitely was the best option! Vegetarian options: The Pizza menu is all vegan.
Ordered a pizza for pick up and noticed a huge hair on the pizza when I got home. I called to let them know and they were not apologetic at all. They asked me to bring the pizza back in order for them to make a replacement one, which was a waste of my time to have to go back. Overall a very negative experience and will not be ordering from them again.
We chose this restaurant early one Saturday night. As new vegans, it looked appetizing and great that they had multiple options for us to choose from. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere with the indoor/outdoor vibes and music but unfortunately we were seated right next to the speaker on a high top table so we went a little deaf. When we tried to flag down our waiter to move, he was way too far away to see or hear us. I think it was 10 mins just to come get our drink and app orders. Waters and silverware were placed on our table making it harder to grab everything and switch so we gave up on moving. We more or less texted each other to communicate or said less. We ordered cauliflower bites which were delicious, and the impossible burger was good, but for some reason I found the bbq jackfruit pizza to be just wayyy too sweet. Idk if if was because it was my first vegan pizza and I didn’t know what to expect or what, but I could barely finish a slice before I packed the rest to go. The reason for my 3 star review was the terrible service! We made sure to ask for extras while the waiter was there, because when he was gone, it would be 15 mins before he’d be in sight again. We patiently waited for our bill 10, 15, 20 mins after finishing our food. No service. Hilariously I got up to play darts to pass the time. 30 mins went by and my partner said “enough” and had to physically go and find the waiter on the other side of the room. If at any time someone eating has to physically get up and get the waiter to come over, you know that’s not good. Lol I always try to be understanding and gracious, but it was 5pm, not dinner rush and I double checked they had other servers/weren’t short staffed. They did and they weren’t Really disappointing for our first time.
Presentation A1. I had the vegan bbq jackfruit pizza. It had a good taste. The bbq sauce with pineapple worked well. I also added some hot sauce and dipped in ranch. I love flavor lol I would’ve preferred a firmer cheese, it was a little bit too liquid/creamy for me. But overall good.
I’d been looking forward to going here since returning to JC a few months ago and I like to take my Omni friends to try out vegan spots with me and was very excited about vegan pizza. We ordered bloody Mary’s which were excellent and two vegan pizzas. Sadly the pizzas were not great. The brand of vegan cheese they are using is quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. It was like paste and very gloopy, just overall pretty inedible. I hope they swap it for a better cheese as I’ve had some spectacular vegan pizzas before, and know it’s possible.
We ordered take out last night from Hungry Like a Wolf and it so good! Best vegan pizza I have had in a long time and the vegan sliders were amazing too! Highly recommend.
I am picky. Never been to the same place twice except here. Yeah the pizza itself is good. But there were Some bothersome things. 1 you cannot order over the phone 2have no paper menu in store. Only option is scanning a code and go online 3when you order online, there is no room to put a note anywhere like don't include mushrooms which leaves you with making aphone call.. and they aren't consistent with picking up the phone........ 4 cant get a slice of pizza. Gotta get the whole one flavor pizza. 5 pretty set in stone. Don't work with customers' needs. I am allergic to mushrooms. Asked if they can sub the mushroom with pepperoni and was told the following: "Absolutely NO. Cant do that at all. Pepperoni is expensive. u need to pay $5 more. This part I absolutely hated. I wasn't asking for extra pepperoni. I only asked pepperoni instead of the blessed mushrooms that was already included with the $28 paid. It's OK. Pizza was good. So we will be back.
My wife and I came here with my nice and some friends. We ordered the vegan pizza. I was not pleased with my order at all! Our pizza was more like cooked dough with soup on top. Whatever cheese they used for our pizza was liquid form and very runny.Food: 2/5
This place is an absolute gem. Their vegan pizza will melt your heart and soul. I’ve tried every flavor. Grab a Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza or a BBQ Jackfruit and your tongue will thank me later!Recommended dishesBBQ Jackfruit
Best vegan pizza, hands down. Wish I could give 6 stars. Every now and then, you come across a place that just glows. The atmosphere, the food is just great!!! Fresh ingredients, pizza and other vegan options that your stomach doesn’t regret!!!
