Hy-Vee Food Store

I’ve never been so happy to go into a grocery store as I was today. The store is quite lovely but the best part was their restaurants in the store where you can go, order your meal including buffet if you’d like and sit down and eat it in there or take it home. Yummy food and great shopping experience. They also have a post office insure.

Easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. Patience is key to checkouts unless you use self checkouts. The cashiers can be chatty, but it ain't bad. Overall good experience.

Good variety of products at a comparative price. Friendly help Handicapped parking. public restrooms. Eatery provides variety Italian to oriental and take out

This is for the Manager Deanna been there for 10 plus years. My family & I witnessed her degrading rude racist comments. A customer couldn't understand what she was saying. There was an obvious language barrier.. as a manager she should KNOW THAT HYVEE SERVES MANY DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES!! IT WAS AN ugly situation for all of our family to see. My heart goes out to the lady who left Hy-Vee frustrated & upset because of DEANNAS DISREGARD TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! THERE WAS NOT A HELPFUL SMILE IN EVERY ISLE! PLEASE WORK ON YOUR FRIENDLY ATTITUDE, RIGHT AFTER SHE WALKED AWAY From THE CUSTOMER SHE THREW HER HANDS UP & LAUGHED ABOUT HER. IN THE SAME BREATHE HELPED AN ELDERLY LADY WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ATTITUDE! NOT EVERYONE IS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO SPEAK English!! HYVEE PLEASE DO BETTER.

All Hy-Vee are pretty much clean an organized. My only issue is when it's close to closing time the workers are only thinking bout leaving. They go down to one cashier. . But yet u see like 12 ppl just walking around. Even worst when u have an underage doing the register an we have to wait for a manager to ok.. reminds me of Walmart... ...

Yesterday, I was not in the greatest mood after work when I went to pick a few things up. When I went to go check out, the check out lines were all full and the self check outs that were open were also full. The employee who was working with the self check out lines had stopped me before I walked away and pointed out that he had just opened 4 more self check out spots I could go to. He then helped me right away when my milk didn't scan properly even though he had been helping others. The whole time, he treated me kindly and was very helpful despite my initial frustration. I didn't get his name, but he was the reason my visit went from just fine to lovely. I always like what Hy-Vee has to offer in terms of products and gf items so having staff that takes that extra step just to make sure things are running smoothly makes shopping there comfortable. I don't know his name, but to the individual who helped me in the self check out lines, I hope you get the recognition you so greatly deserve and and gold star/bonus that lives up to the quality of your work. You really made my shopping experience better. Thank you!!!!

What is the point of wearing a mask on your chin? We are all in this together and covering your chin while leaving your nose and mouth exposed isn't working! I saw two worn incorrectly, one was a checker and he invited me to his contamination lane...I refused. The other was walking out of the Deli! HyVee needs to get it together. I'm giving a two because I found what I wanted.

Pretty impressive craft beer selection at good prices

Got all but the milk I like. Had to go to another store for that as this location does not carry it. Also the checker and Baker were more interested in talking about their schooling then trying to converse with me.

Friendly and very helpful ,they always help me find wat I need and they always makes me smile great prices too.
