Hy-Vee

This location has great produce with good selection. The meat department and bakery are great also. I went to grab some cupcakes for my son's birthday celebration at daycare and all they had was Valentine's day cupcakes. The lady working the bakery iced some special for me. 5 stars for the special customer service. I like how they keep the store well stocked. It's fairly rare that they don't have what I'm looking for. I will say that it's strange that during the 6 month period that I used their delivery service, they more often than not were "out of stock" of at least two or more items. Kind of odd. I haven't had much of an issue, since going back to shopping for myself.

Grocery store reviews are a little weird and highly subjective. I am not a huge fan of this location, but I come here because it is near my home. They have the typical Hy-Vee selection, but the prices are not always in line with what you would expect. They never run sales on pizza slices, breakfast burritos are way overpriced (and put in gross plastic containers under the warming lights), and the meat counter seems smaller than you would find at other stores. It isn't all bad, they have a great liquor selection, very friendly staff, and a great health food section. It is worth checking out to make your own decisions. Cheers!

They pick Friday evening to restock. So employees aren't at checkout. Which means after you have to go around all the customers and the massive pallets and employees restocking (who are somehow completely blind to being in the way), you have to wait in an overly long line because too few checkout lanes are open. Usually overpriced as well. Often the greens are all wilting.

Love this Hy-Vee!. Products are easy to the find. The market is great, the bakery has some delicious treats. The employees are nice and helpful.

Hyvee is my 1st choice for groceries.... growing up on and now on a budget you can get quite a lot with their every day prices and sales as long as you plan accordingly. Fuel saver also helps a ton for reducing your total at the checkout and the pump!!
