Great value, clean and excellent service. Heather, I think she must be a manager but was usually found at the front desk, was amazing. I asked about how often housekeeping comes with Covid and she said every day, but took the time to put in a request to make sure they went to our room. The next morning, I let her know that the breakfast tables weren’t being cleared so there were empty tables, but no where to sit and there were no bowls. She immediately rectified the situation. We also had an issue with the water - it was scalding hot! Even the toilet water was so hot, you could feel the heat radiating off the toilet when you sat down. Taking a shower took forever bc you would wait for the water to get cold enough to get in, but then it would get freezing and you couldn’t get in. We should’ve let them know before we checked out, but we were on the run with 3 kids every day. I let Heather know at check out and she issued a partial credit for our stay, which I didn’t even ask for. I wish service like this was a standard! Would def stay here again!
My stay was a bit off from the start. When booking I was told there would be no authorization hold due to me having a Hyatt Card. Then when checking in I am charged an extra $150 an authorization hold I understand you get that back, but this is still inconvenient when on vacation and was told otherwise. We arrived early and were told that we would receive a text when our room was ready...I check back after about an hour and was told the room had been ready for a while. During my stay I had around $75 of drink charges on my card that were not correct Happy hour deals are amazing here. The Bartender was hammered the night of the charges white guy in mid to late 30s. The room was extremely clean minus cleaning service skipping us 2 of the nights when we did not have a sign on our door. The Mountain views were worth it 100%. When I left I let the front desk know of the issues and they I would be contacted later for a credit for the drink issues. I received a survey and reiterated what I said before. Federico Florendo sent me an email quickly saying to contact with any further assistance and that the issues will be addressed. I replied and did not receive a response. Waited almost 2 days and replied again. Its been a week now hearing nothing back. Still no credit back or anything. Worst service Ive received at a Hyatt location
Excellant location, large clean rooms and a good breakfast. After spending a month touring the USA definitely the best reception staff. Welcoming smiles from arriving to checking out. Special thanks to Nicole for helping us to book a table for dinner when our English phone failed to work.Rooms: 5/5
The staff were each super nice and welcoming. The room was clean and everything worked and was in good order. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very subpar. Nothing was particularly good or even made with good ingredients.
We experienced nothing negative during our last minute stay. Comfortable and quiet room. Kids liked the pool. Great location. Breakfast was good- eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee.Rooms: 5/5
I loved staying here. Great location, friendly staff, great views of the city. I got a migraine on my last day here and they were nice enough to help me extend my stay for another night until my migraine went away. The room is spotless, beds are comfortable, bathroom layout is spacious. Looking forward to staying here again.
I spent the night with my amazing girlfriend and everything was amazing including valet. I just wish we had known the parade of lights was downtown and they could've let us know a good way to get to the hotel in advance. Water pressure and coffee in the room were sub par but not enough to ding any stars.Rooms: 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel this past week. The check-in process was seamless and the rooms up to my standards. However, I do have 3 complaints. First, the bathroom doors have a gap that allow water to pass through, which usually cause the floor outside the shower area to get wet. Second, the walls are very thin, and in my case I had loud neighbors which made it difficult to sleep at times. Lastly, there didn't seem to be a designated time for room service as they'd show up in unexpected times sometimes including an occasion where my room was not serviced and I found a 'do not disturb' tag on my door that I didn't placed - in fact, for some reason there were two tags on the door. Regardless, I still think it's a great hotel and very conveniently located so I'll give it five stars.
I will start by saying I travel and stay in a lot of hotels! This location is nice and the staff is nice. We had an incident while staying at this Hotel. Paying each day for 49.00 “Valet Parking” in a garage at the hotel. Day 2 on our stay we were notified that my truck was broke into and several items have been stolen! Funny they had cameras and had to be badged in by an employee and escorted to gain access to your vehicle. My truck was the ONLY vehicle busted into and was by a camera. They mentioned they would look into it and refund my money. Still non of this has been done. I was credited a day of parking and than charged the parking and incidental fee totaling 148.00 the following day! Charging 148.00 to my credit card. If I was to take the word of management and hold my breath hoping something came to light! I’d pass out… I advise to go somewhere else to stay in downtown Denver. I’ll be speaking with the GM of this Hyatt property VERY SOON.. Be aware it seemed to me a hotel employee or a hotel resident gained access and stole all my stuff. Either way not what you’d expect when paying for secured parking…
The hotel is in an excellent location and close to the Colorado Convention Center! I appreciated Jared's top-notch customer service. He greeted guests, always asked how he could be helpful, and made us customers feel like top priority. We need more Jared's in this world - kind, compassionate, and friendly. Thank you, Jared, for being you!
