Really helpful with service and customer care. I took in my Ippolita necklace today which I'd caught on something and broken. The gentleman serving me had me good as new and out the door in minutes.

Great staff--what you want from a jewelry store, knowledgeable and kind people seeking to help. Terri in particular went out of her way to be kind and helpful and was a breathe of fresh air after trips earlier in the day to Cartier and another local spot. We are sold and are coming back for service work and our next purchase.

I just bought my first Rolex Sea Dweller 50th anniversary, Tina M. from the Phoenix store was my sales associate throughout this transaction. Tina was always available to answer questions, very professional and knowledgeable about the watches. I would have to say, this was by far one of the very best transactions I have ever had when buying a watch. I highly recommend Tina and the Phoenix staff.

Great service in watch repair from John! He went above & beyond in noticing that a repair I was facing a $700 bill for was actually covered under an updated warranty term from Rolex. I'll be coming back in the future because of this service.
