I LOVE this place! Both locations Grandview and New Albany are clean, bright and welcoming. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, especially considering they are frequently running promotions and deals. I've had a number of services here and will continue to come back for more!
Hydrate Me in Grandview is incredible! Gabby is always upfront to greet you with a friendly smile and has great suggestions to make you feel your best. I had my first Botox party at New Albany location Hydrate Me and it was so much fun! Heather worked efficiently worked on my friends who wanted the Botox and micro needling. Emma and Keli were so patiently explained all the service to my friends. All my friends felt comfortable to purchase the service after talked to Heather! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This is my go to spot for recovery. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and organized. Comfortable recline chairs with pillows to put under your arms during IV, they offer blankets and water as well. Perfect spot to go any time you have more than a couple drinks, or if you have a hint of a cold, or if you just want to feel ultra energized. The results last for about a week. I like the immunity blend, as well as the fast vitamin push! Highly recommend this place!
Decided to treat my mom for her birthday. She’s been feeling a bit sick lately and originally planned on both getting IV therapy. We got greeted by a friendly face feel bad I didn’t catch her name at the register. We had a few questions and she recommended we talk to the CNP Paige to figure out what iv she recommends. The CNP seemed so annoyed with any question we asked. We’ve both never been to this location and just wanted to know what they offer. She was no help at all and quite frankly rude. English is my moms second language and it hurt to see someone so impatient with her. I refused to get iv therapy here but didn’t want to take away from treating my mom for her birthday so she went ahead and got the Ultimate health drip which we pick ourselves because we were too uncomfortable to ask any further questions. The other ladies were great so it sucks that one individuals attitude ruined our experience.Service: IV therapy
