I hired these guys to grade my backyard and put French drains in. It appeared they did a fine job but after I went to get more work done I found they didn't even remove all of the black top that I asked him to remove. He just removed the top layer then he put an inch of dirt over the gravel and sprinkled grass seed. Like I said, it looked great at first, but after weather and other work now I have a 15'x15' patch of gravel and half dead grass that struggles to grow. I'm a new home owner and new to contacts but I learned a lot from ICE landscaping. So I do have to thank him for that. $7500 wasted is an expensive lesson.
