Danny is one of those people that has somehow become vanishingly rare; he's kind, generous, and trustworthy. There was a pair of earrings that I had ordered that did not work out, but he absolutely did everything - and much, much more - to make it right. First, what was impressive, was that he called me. Then, to make a long story short, the Holidays happened in between, and throughout he wrote to follow through, and let me know that he was going to make every effort to ensure I was happy. There are not words to describe how much I appreciate someone like him; a jeweler, that I just happened to find on eBay, and provided not only earrings at a very reasonable cost, but beautiful, too. If he retires from his current industry, he should give seminars to corporations on customer service. I know that if he put that much effort into a small order like mine, I'm positive that he's someone to have every confidence in with a larger/ more expensive purchase. He's truly a gem.

I ordered A Gold Cuban Link Chain with a Jesus piece charm for my boyfriend. Tahnner helped me from start to finish over the phone. He went above and beyond with everything I asked to be done with the pieces. He sent my package next day shipping and checked with me up until I received it. Daniel was wonderful, he was hands on right away when a dumb jeweler put the wrong cell in my watch, then told me something was wrong with it. Of course I was up- set after paying good money for the watch ! So I called the maker of the watch & got a rude girl that barely spoke english. I didn't feel safe sending my watch to her so I called Daniel & he took care of everything for me and I had my watch back the next week. He is simply the best & his prices are the best too if you look at the same product on other web sites, but you can count on him being a very nice man & very HONEST !!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH DANIEL THEY DON'T MAKE THEM LIKE YOU ANYMORE!!!!!

Fast, reliable and safe! I spoke with one of the representatives and he was more than helpful in explaining me all the different pieces I can choose from my price range. When the package came it was exactly what I wanted. In the past, with other websites, the package would be slightly different from what I thought I ordered.
