Jewelry stores can be a little uncomfortable up front. I live in California and I’ve gone to a couple jewelry stores and needles to say customer service was disappointing and judgmental. This is my second purchase from TraxNYC. My first purchase was last year and it was the Mario Bomb pendant. I was pleased with what I received and decided I would return to do more business. I recently ordered and received my second TraxNYC piece - the Mario Star and accompanying chain. I was thoroughly impressed with these products as well. The first time around I just outright bought my piece. But after following the Facebook page and being advised to speak to a representative I did business with Sammy this time. After some negotiation, Sammy set me up with a solid deal at a player’s price. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great customer service. The quality of the jewelry was exquisite, shipping was quick, and the package was securely wrapped. I appreciated the letter from the founder that was included with the paperwork which outlined the vision and mission statement of the company. It was a nice personal touch. If you see any negative remarks about this company, I would second guess the veracity of their statement. Sammy is a custom jewelry designer for TraxNYC. I got in touch with him via the website chat, it was late in the evening on a Friday and he took the time while at home to take my call and help me bring to life a beautiful custom pendant. His communication through the entire process was top notch! Even when I was probably bugging him, he stayed in touch and answered all of my questions and concerns. This was my first custom piece and it was really cool how they CAD design and 3d print. Even with my small piece barely meeting the minimum order, I received service like I was buying a Bently. Very awesome place and the products are amazing. Everything I got from them have always been perfect. From the rings earrings and pendants, have been superb. Vidal helped me along with my orders. I got a nice pair of cubed earrings and an engagement ring for my fiance.

I worked with Amy and she did a great job helping me. I found the earrings I wanted, reached out, came to an agreement and was able to purchase them. I did have a date that I needed them by and she did everything possible to get them to me by that date. The earrings are stunning!!! The clarity on these diamonds is AMAZING. It was exactly what the wife wanted. Will definitely return for more jewelry.

Ordered a Saint Michael pendant from Isabella. She gave me a fair price, and went over and above to get the piece manufactured and delivered faster than expected. The pendant exceeded my expectations, it is truly a beautiful piece of art. She answered all my questions promptly and updated me along the way. Where do I even start!!! For quite some time I wanted to make a custom jewelry pendant. I have looked for a jeweler but with no luck in different states and even outside of the country. Some jewelers told me it cannot be done with my specs or some gave me high estimates on designs that I didn't like. After seeing TRAXNYC online I decided to take the trip from Boston. I know I could have ordered online but for me is better dealing in person as I wanted to be understood on what I wanted. As soon as I walked in the store I was connected with Melissa. After explaining her what I wanted I was given the estimate and I paid the deposit. Melissa texted/called me on every step of the fabrication of the pendant. She is very professional and took a lot of pride on my custom jewelry. I was very impressed with her level of knowledge and design. Melissa helped me pick a necklace also and gave me a fair price on it. I am very thankful to have worked with her and will do a lot of business in the future.
