iChihuahua Repair - iPhone & iPad

Two visits to this place; for the same issue w/ a Samsung phone, in an interval of 4 months - both times the fault from our end. I should have written a review the first time, but for some reason it slipped my mind. Carlan, is the young gentleman, who helped w/ our screen issue - both times. He is most kind, polite, conscientious, and patient, he takes his time in explaining the issue in a way a layman would comprehend. Is very punctual and always gives an update about the logistics and repair time line. I drive ~20 miles OW to have him repair the cell phone, but will not go to anyone else. Parking is almost always available right in front of the store, which is a plus. His charges are comparable w/ the others in the area; it really is his attitude and behavior that makes for repeat customers. Thank you so much, Carlan.

Went in to the shop because my phone wasn't charging properly. They cleaned the charging port thoroughly and now it works perfectly. He said "no charge". Great service. Great attitude. I gave him a nice tip

I have been coming to this place for years for iPhone repair. They understand the importance of fixing rather than replacing. So I knew these were the people to approach when my partner’s phone was burned in a house fire. She had important recordings on this burnt phone that were irreplaceable. These folks are awesome. My daughter's iPad charging port has been cutting in and out. A couple other local shops refused to fix it, and a couple more gave me really high quotes. These guys nailed it really quickly for a great price!

I went here after reading the reviews and a few suggestions from locals. I was quoted a price Samsung Ultrathat didn't sound too bad, so I agreed. Should have taken it somewhere else. I only needed the screen fixed. The back barely had any damage except in the corner, where my phone had fallen. As I'm writing this, my phone is getting hot. While fixing the screen, they damaged the back. They said it was no big deal. It can happen while messing around with such tiny parts. They would replace that at no cost to me. Ok, sure. Noooooo. The back wont xlamp all.the way fown to be fixed and they said this was due to the damgae to the back of the phone.... there was no damage. I took my other Samsung Ultra that was in way worse shape than mine to another place. It's perfect, and I'm p*ssed. Now I'm out almost $500 dollars, and I have a phone that I can barely talk on without it getting hot. I am scared to clean my phone and take it out of its case because the back is lifted.

From the website, I was not sure if they just did basic things like screen repair or if they did more. The answer is more. My 2016 ipad had a black screen, would not turn on. Nothing helped. I brought it to iChihuahua on Monday evening, and it was back in my hands, working perfectly, by Wednesday. They diagnosed and fixed a short in the wiring. The real kicker was that I asked about a new battery if they could get it working. However, when I picked it up, they told me I should live with it for a couple weeks before putting in a new battery in case it did not keep working since it is so old. They could have just put in the battery and taken my money, but instead, they had my best interests in mind. Got to respect that. Highly recommend.

After a harrowingly bad experience at Best Buy, I came to this shop to ask about replacing a shattered Microsoft surface screen. Even though they specialize in Apple products, they were able to give me not only a reasonable quote, but also a timely and fabulous repair. They said they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t fix it, and their work went way above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a repair from a knowledgeable and fair technician.
