Idaho Botanical Garden

This is a well designed botanical garden. It is smaller than some others but still has a nice variety of plants and gardens. There is a Lewis and Clark garden with a wonderful statue of Sacajawea. This garden is also full of wildlife including a hooting owl. This is worth the stop when in the Boise area.

Nice place to catch a breather and to enjoy the heat of summer with plenty of shade. The Koi pond is full of beautiful Koi. Wish there was more up to date fun stuff for the kids. They still had fun, though.

This is one of the reasons we love coming to Boise for a quick weekend getaway. This hidden gem is fantastic. Beautiful grounds, plants, and landscape. Our 2 & 4 year old loved running around each distinct section to find something new and loved the little playhouses. A must do if the weather is nice out.

This was my first visit to the Botanical Gardens. It’s still a bit early but this was a great walk and interesting set of displays and information. Great place for a family outing!

Its not even summer yet and this place is beautiful! My 18mo and 3yo love it, there are plenty of places for the kids to run and play. The koi fish are beautiful as well I cannot wait until everything starts to bloom.
