I bought (paid for) 2.5 yards of gravel. What they loaded me seemed a little light, so I leveled out the gravel, measured it and it came out to 1.48 yards. I told the supposed manager, who was immediately annoyed with me, the discrepancy. She called the fieldman that loaded me and told me he claims that what he loaded me was 2.5 yards and that I was wrong! They wouldn't even go over the measurements with me! I was told if I had a problem with it I could just come back and complain to the main manager. I am still floored on how I was treated. I've spent over $600 just this spring alone at this landscape center, but never again will I spend a dime here again.

I recently bought soil from this business and the drainage is so horrible due to an immense amount of sand in the soil that most of my plants are drowning. I bought from them before and have had way better quality. I called and talked to one of the managers about it just to inform them of the issue I was having and they hung up on me. I would not recommend this business.

I always enjoy visiting and shopping here. Everyone is friendly and willing to help and occasionally make a good deal. In response to Ann Jensen unfortunate experience, that is almost certainly the independent delivery person not paying attention. Though darn sure irritating, it probably isn't totally fair to condemn the nursery or at least put it all on them.

Recently visited the center asking about small rock price and if they deliver. Found what I wanted went to the counter asked if they delivered to Filer, "yes" then let the gal at the counter know what I needed gave her footage, I wasn't sure how it worked out in cubit yard so she figured it for me. I then verified I wanted it delivered, she responded "you want this delivered?, don't you have a pickup? To which I responded "no", she then said "don't you know anyone with a pickup?, I responded "no", she picked up the phone made a call somewhere to which she then got back to me that it would cost me $25, I replied ok, told her a day I would be off, paid her and left. The day of delivery I ended having to work so when the center called just before 8am I let them know this asked if they would deliver any way they said yes, let them know to "deliver to the west side of the house where the concrete slab with the dead tree trunk is, I also put a sign up dump here", they dumped it in my driveway!! Imagine my surprise when I came home at 8:45pm from work seeing gravel in my driveway that I had to carefully run over to get in the garage!
