Very knowledgeable and friendly efficient staff. I was guided by Mark who listened to me and found just what I wanted without being pushy and he sensed when I was not interested in certain technical specs so he moved on. Walked out several hundred dollars lighter, not because of a pushy salesman trying to sell up but because they have so much cool stuff including a nice stock of travel supplies which I never expected. Very cool store. Forget Amazon and Costco snd Best Buy when you're looking for something and you're not sure. Go to the source and talk to the people who actually know their business and their products. Great experience.

Went to the mall location and the main office location on consecutive days. Had great experience at both! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain lenses and let us try them out. Bought a new lens both days and got exactly what we were hoping for. Great experience!

I have a major weakness for brick and mortar camera stores. They simply offer an experience no internet giant can match... And Idaho Camera is no exception. 70+ years the Nagel family has owned and operated this Idaho institution and they continue to excel at customer service. Bought a used Nikon FM2n and lens here, recently, and they gave me an unbelievable deal. I'm up in Boise 3 or 4 times a year. I will obviously be back.

Ask for Kelly, he is a great at answering questions. They develop film and negatives in their shop. Perfect place to find camera and GoPro accessories.

Old fashioned Camera store with great service. Everything from darkroom chemicals to the newest Nikon Cameras. Very knowledgeable staff.
