Ideal Image Plantation

I'm absolutely disputed on how Ideal Image has ripped me off and their false advertisements... To think my 10,000 dollars went towards that disgust me.. I spoke with Kaitlyn today . Which was like a computer just repeating the same thing telling me I know have to drive all the way to Tampa if I need any comps on my legs..After spending that much money they now want me to drive all the way down there spend money on gas. When there is an ideal image down the street from me..BEWARE IF YOU PAY FOR TREATMENT AND MOVE. AND THE LOCATION YOU MOVE TO IS Ideal image but a different franchise they will not honor anything . They will give you the pitch about paying with your life time membership. And having to treat at a corporate office... The advertising about you will save from shaving and waxing is false. I gave them 10,000 and I'm still having to pay for areas that did not work.....If you do hair removal I suggest somewhere else it will be cheaper and not a RIP OFF.

This spa is very clean and the service is great. As soon as you walk in the staff are very attentive, and knowledgeable about the services they offer. All the laser procedures are done by a trained and qualified nurse practitioner, who are also able to write a prescription for numbing cream which is an absolute life saver!! I would definitely recommend this location for laser services.

The service at Ideal Image is very good. They strive to serve their customers, making the customer as comfortable as possible, while providing competitive pricing.

Its a SCAM! Don't waste your money and just avoid this horrible place completely. I was going to wait to leave this review until I found some form of resolution, but apparently Ideal Image doesn't care about its clients at all or if their EXPENSIVE treatments even work (which they DON'T). They will say whatever they need to say to get you to sign their contract and throw your money away like "oh you're getting a limited time discount" and bs just to make you think you're getting a deal. Don't believe a word they say and just leave! It must be a commission job with all the lies and false promises they give. I got ZERO results from the coolsculpting when I was promised to see a visible difference within a few months with dieting and exercising to aid. Which its not like I was sitting on the couch eating pizza. I'd understand there would be no results if that was the case, but its not. I have been dieting and exercising almost every day which is why I'm convinced that coolsculpting doesn't work at all. The reason for going there was because I needed something to help hasten my weight loss to fit into my sister's bride maid dress for her wedding. Obviously that was a bust. When I went in for my follow up the month after the wedding, I displayed my dissatisfaction with the results and was very hurt and upset that I wasted so much money for nothing. The lady said she would send my complaint to the higher ups and they'd get back to me. It took several back and forth calls and messages before I gave my email and told them to contact me that way since my busy work schedule was longer than the manager's work hours. The manager, Katelynn Krauss, only emailed me a couple of times and eventually offered my one free session which I turned down because the reason for signing up for the coolsculpting in the first place had already passed. Plus if I got zero results the first time, why should the second round show any improvement? No, I wanted a refund because they didn't deliver what was promised in the time it was promised. Well the manager GHOSTED me. She completely stopped responding! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! This lead me to filing a BBB complaint thinking someone other than this unprofessional manager would try to help me with a resolution. They responded with a customer service number that I had to call so that's what I did. I don't remember the name of the woman was that was supposed to contact me, but I got nothing. I called several times and left voicemails and messages with the reps that answered the phone, but I got no calls back. To make things worse, I got a response from the BBB that Ideal Image REFUSED to offer any sort of resolution to not only my extreme dissatisfaction, but also the aggravation caused by their managers' unprofessionalism and disrespect. Now I'm forced to take legal action to get my nearly $9000 back that they SCAMMED from me. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. NEVER GO TO IDEAL IMAGE FOR ANYTHING!
