Laser by Nicole

I recently (and finally!) decided to schedule an appointment for laser hair removal. I contacted Nicole at Laser by Nicole for more information. She was so friendly, helpful and very informative. She was in constant communication with me and was sure to provide me with all of the details in this process. Pricing and package options were clearly provided, as was the payment schedule. I went in to meet with Leslie in the Weston office, which is bright, welcoming and clean. Leslie was absolutely amazing. She patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease. The discomfort of the laser was minimal; honestly, I was anticipating worse. It may sound crazy, but towards the end, I even felt a bit relaxed! I can't wait to go back for my next session. It was so nice to experience such great customer care from a team who is obviously so passionate about their profession. My only regret is not having gone sooner!

I got 8 sessions on my jawline and the hair still continues to grow back the same. Maybe it's because my skin is darker and hair is curly...? I'm not sure. I asked the tech (different tech from usual) on my last session how many more sessions would be needed to before I stopped seeing hair growth and she just gave me a generic "It depends" answer and implied that I may have hormonal issues (I doubt it). Also the whole time she used the laser on me it hurt more than usual (unlike my previous, regular tech).

Laser by Nicole is amazing! I came in for the first time and they instantly made me feel at home with my laser session. My therapist made sure I felt comfortable while getting my treatment done and made sure the “zapping” was comfortable on my skin. It definitely was not painful at all. I would describe it as a slight discomfort that you grow into and get used to at no time. It’s not compared to a rubber band sling at all and it definitely is less painful than waxing especially since the more you do it the faster your hair will start disappearing. I can’t speak for my results yet as it’s only a few days since my first session. All I can say is that a Nicole was extremely nice and punctual and accommodating at booking my appointment over the phone. As soon as I walked in, there’s a nice little waiting area with coffee so you can sip and relax. I was taken in for my treatment at a very speedy and punctual manner. My appointment also ended on time so I was in and out in no time. Can’t wait for my next sessions to come and to start seeing the results! The best part of all is that they’re on Groupon at a very compatible price. So if you’re a little scared to try it, don’t be, just go for it! Especially with their current deal.

This was my first time doing any kind of laser hair removal and I absolutely loved it! I had a large area and a small area lasered and they have both worked very well and were mostly pain-free. Every technician I have had has been very friendly and efficient. I love the customer service, in addition to the professional service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Just completed my 8th laser treatment and I am very happy with the results. Staff is excellent & very friendly. Appointments are on time, office is very clean and I highly recommend it.
