Ideal Image Virginia Beach

The entire staff at this office goes above and beyond!! I'm always greeted and treated with amazing customer service. I LOVE my results and enjoy the time saved and always being beach/pool ready. As a busy wife and mother these services are a blessing plus part of my self care. Keep up the great work!

Don’t go here, walk away while you can. Their services are overpriced and underqualified. Their laser treatments have done more bad to my body than good.

I am recanting my last review for this place. Do not spend your money on laser hair removal at this place!! They charge WAAAAAAY too damn much. I spent over two grand getting my sideburns lasered, and at the time I thought I was getting a good deal but I did not shop around enough. Some places charge $75 or less for the same exact area and you don't have to jack your credit up by financing. It takes about 5-10 sessions to see the best results so ultimately I could have spent $750 instead of over two thousand dollars. They have a lifetime commitment which is fine and all but you still have to pay out of pocket for each session after that so its realistically the same. I highly suggest you get laser hair removal at a different location. Im not saying their staff, or services are bad but they certainly do charge far too much for laser hair removal.

Too bad I can't leave zero stars. Service was EXPENSIVE, even though I was supposedly getting buy one area get one free. I completed ALL of my treatments and still have to shave as much as I did before. I was promised that I would get great results. Ideal Image is a COMPLETE scam. When I told them i was unsatisfied. They refunded my 20%. But even since my treatments have been completed, I feel like I am having more and more hair growth. SCAM and a RIPOFF. Do not utilize Ideal Image.
