We have been a client of IESI for year but on the past months with the new regulations the service has suffered to the point that we are urgently looking for a new company.

Its always easy to set up new service and always impossible to get anything fixed. All carting companied in NYC are over priced and horrible

worst company to deal with. My rep can never be reached, and will never call back. More than once they don't pick up the waste. Horrible customer service.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from IESI. Even during circumstances where we needed larger items dumped and taken off-site, they have worked with us to avoid having to rent a dumpster.
