Garbage truck companies kill and maim so many people in NYC, because they primarily hire reckless, irresponsible scum to drive their trucks. This company is no exception. This morning one of their drivers took a truck for a drunken joyride and slammed it into a building near Columbus Circle. Had it been later in the day there would have almost certainly been multiple fatalities, quite possibly children. If companies like this refuse to improve their hiring standards then they should go out of business.

I started a company in the lower east side. This company was supposed to pick up our trash during a trial period to determine the cost of service. They failed to pick up four days in a row, so we never initiated service. We've also called them three times to confirm that we do not wish to begin service. It is 4 months later and they are trying to collect for service that we neither initiated nor agreed a price on. I call their customer service and they are not helpful but rather got angry and threaten to send me to claims court. Terrible company, unreliable, poor customer service, and has no morals. Avoid at all costs

Using them for 3 years, with no problems at all. The service is very reliable, reasonable pricing and great people to do business with. The customer service are SUPERP. The people in their office were very helpful, always willing to help their customer by finding the best solutions. Best in Brooklyn!

constantly miss trash pick up. moving to a different company as of today! Horrible!

StAY AWAY.... Do not do not take them as your service .. they are in business for long but they have the worst business attitude and worse customer service.. they missed trash day for a month.. and they call business owners a liar. And they never nice of refundING for missing service . Rather terminate your account.. they dont deserve even a star..
