Crown Container

This is the worse company ever, we called in for container pickup for 5pm, they didn’t show up, so I thought they are not going to show up until next day, guess what, they show up 10:30pm the next day and wake up the entire block when they pick up the container

I had it with this company. After being bought out by another company it got even worse. Since this year began. its only January 22 now at time of this review and they have missed every other day of garbage pickup. Garbage is piling up and they still have the nerve to send a bill for their service DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam and unprofessional . You will have a daily call to the company asking why was it not picked up and they do nothing to help. I cannot wait to terminate my contract and find a better coniany

I have been dealing with crown container for many years. Their office employees are excellent with care and consideration, the many times I have called on questions about extra pickups and what not. I have spoken with the owners at some point, Dave and Jerry who are ultimately involved and care about there everyday customer relationship as well there everyday business. I thank them for keeping flushing clean, never in my life have I seen it this clean thank you so much from a life long customer.

Shocking this place is not out of business. Pathetic people, beyond unprofessional. Think they may need to move to another profession or just simply work from home.

Awful, awful company. Leave garbage on the street all the time. Randomly leave some bags of trash, and take others. Tried to hike prices without any real cause. Unprofessional, inconsistent service.
