STAY AWAY. Royal Waste Services is TERRIBLE. Terrible. Terrible. I did not want to write such a poor review but it has been months now and they have consistently proven to be a terribly managed company. I am astonished that they are still up and running. My neighboring building uses them, I don’t know why, and they are unbelievably unprofessional and rude. They practice ILLEGAL procedures, meaning they are BREAKING THE LAW and do not care. I have had multiple discussions with management, dispatchers AND drivers and they continue to disregard rules and regulations. I have called authorities on them and filed formal complaints. I hope something is done and this company goes under. Disgusting. Wish they could take care of themselves as they are a huge waste.

Royal's crew went above and beyond! I had a special event and needed an extra trash pickup before it started. I called them up and the gentleman i spoke to told me there would be truck on site within a couple hours and there was!! The driver and helper took all the trash and were really sweet. The man from the office even called me back to confirm everything went smoothly.

I want to thank the manager name ALDO PEREIRA because when he see my review he come to the store meet me and now the pick up service is really really better than before.

they do not even deserve 1 star. Rude customer service. Rude representatives. Highly incompetent people. Ronald stated: you don't matter because you are a small business. Lisette the "accounts payable supervisor" kept demanding my card number without giving me an explanation as to why Lisette, Ronald and Roxanna refused to sign me up for direct deposit since JANUARY 2017
