Driver parked on the wrong way on the street and when I approached because I wanted to get out of my spot he immediately started cursing me out. What is wrong with you people? There was plenty of room on the RIGHT WAY OF THE STREET.

Disgusting company which encourages a culture of reckless driving with no regard to human life. Any cyclist or pedestrian who has negotiated the streets of New York City at night has invariably witnessed these psychotic lunatics tearing up the streets in their giant trucks - blowing red lights and stop signs, making reckless turns in front of cyclists (they killed one last month and then their hit and run driver lied and said he was unaware he hit someone) and blasting the wrong way up one way streets. Action Carting has never addressed the deadly standard of its employees driving, because they are actually encouraging it. The more reckless the driving, the more trash they can cart and the more $$$'s they make. The city needs to end ALL contracts with this company of death ASAP.

THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I would give negative stars if I could. Action is BY FAR the WORST and least reliable garbage pick up I have experienced in my 14 years of business. They didn't pick up trash 5 x in just 3 months. Many times I found it strewn about on the street. They could CARE LESS if you call and complain. They will NOT fix the problem and forget about compensating in good faith. Action basically tells you what you want to hear, keep leaving your trash and charging you full price. I have never dealt with worst customer service in any industry in my professional life.

Can I give them a 0? If possible they should have that plasterd on their uniforms along with we only take what we want from you. Horrible pickup service....they take the trash when they want to the carrdboard when they want to. Oh wait they also will take a quarter of it....half of it.....maybe none of it . I just don't get it with this company. After many complaints and arguments they like to throw the we have a contract negotiation with you clause to strike fear. Even when complaining to the BIC there is no benefit and oh wait their favorite line...."well call you back" is just disgraceful. Horrible horrible horrible!

Action had been picking up my refuse from my studio for a couple years. They were always ok and somewhat dependable until early 2013. I think they switched management here in Brooklyn NYC is what the office stated. In any case they seem to not know how to operate a security key pad and therefore only pickup my 2yd dumpster whenever they feel like it which is roughly %50 of the time. Finally they credited my account a free month last week. This week they have stated my dumpster wasn't out for the 3 nights I was needing it picked up. It was of course waiting for them. They finally picked it up last night but did not take the dumpster and their crumby service with them as I told them to as I am done with their biz. My office was promised multiple call backs we never received and getting through to their CS was a serious chore. Do not use them...
