I hate myself for still choosing to come here after multiple days in a row of stopping by, to get a cracked iPhone 14 Pro Max screen repaired, and they didn’t have the part. Like an idiot, I came back day after day because the guy kept saying it’ll arrive tomorrow, and it was a convenient location on my way home. I should’ve stopped after the second time it still hadn’t come in. My phone screen was eventually swapped out and I immediately noticed it was being weird. The touch to wake screen function wasn’t working and I pointed it out to the guy and he SHRUGGED AND SAID I DONT KNOW and just gaslights me that it’ll be fine. I HAVE SO MUCH REGRET. And as I’m leaving to get on my bus, my phone screen shuts down just as my bus leaves. Completely black and unresponsive, but still vibrating with notifications. Save your time and money and just get your iphone repaired at an official Apple Store. I ended up paying to then go and get my screen repaired AGAIN at Apple and since this ifix NOT IFIXIT btw, don’t get it confused for a proper business does not really have a reputation to uphold, they rejected my claim for a refund due to defective products.

This iPhone fix shop opens at 8am! All the others in midtown Manhattan open 10:30am & later. I dropped my phone & cracked the glass. It worked. Just cracked. As an eBay seller & coach keeping my phone in tip top shape is a must! I got here at 8:15am on a weekday. The repair technician was great. It was fixed beautifully in 20 minutes. With tax it was $196 Very pleased. This store is a booth. It’s in the 42nd St Port Authority building, on the 2nd floor on the 8th Ave side

I was in a hurry and needed my phone fixed. This was the only place open so I said why not. Not only was Mahin super nice, but super patient. Literally saved my life. Took only 5 minutes!!!!

My iPhone screen was repaired in less than 30 minutes and now works beautifully, again!

I have taken my phone to this spot twice to fix two different things and they fix it very quickly.

The worst place for repair a cellphone. Just for repair a screen he told me was 200 dollars and he gave me his word the cellphone will be ready two days actually I called him before and he gave a exactly time for pick up after I called again and he told me yeah will be ready. When I arrive to the place he told me is not ready because the order is delayed and I need to travel and have an important information but he doesn't care about it. After some days I pick up the cellphone and he changes the price 19 dollars more for taxes oh my God and actually he charges in card and I don't agree with that. He gave the cellphone and now is blocking. I spend money, time and everything. I feel stupid for go to this place. He cares only about the money.

Wonderful experience getting my iPhone XS Max repaired here. I wasn’t able to even unlock my phone from its extensive damage. The courteous technician repaired my phone like new in less than 20 minutes! I’m thrilled to finally access all of my pictures. He was also very friendly and eager to help.

That day of oct 2023 in NY, my friend's Iphone 11 had a blackscreen. It was on Sunday, and the phone repair shop was open. It took 15 min to repair it. Just so thankful for that !
