Ignite Fitness Tucson

I was shy of gyms and working out with/without weights until I found Ignite Fitness. This place is a great gym with very friendly and fun approach. All the personal trainers are very experienced and willing to help you at any time. Group classes are always a lot of fun with challenging routines. Also Matt is always very accommodating and encouraging on anyone's fitness goals. And that is not just in person but even with online training!!

I’ve been working with them for nearly two months. I’ve trained with many trainers before also in other gyms, but none satisfied me. But, this gym is nice and different. These guys design an exclusive training plan to help you create the area you wish to work on.

Matt is a fantastic trainer! I was struggling to see the results I wanted and would go to the gym scratching my head and usually ending up on the stair climber. Once Matt set up my work outs and meal plan I could confidently go to the gym and hammer out my works outs. Knowing I had a road map to help me reach my fitness goals made all the difference! He had my in the best shape of my life after two babies!

It's hard to find a gym that is clean an professional with a personal since of community built in. Also, after your workout you can leave with a tasty and rejuvenating shake to ignite the rest of your day.

Ignite Fitness is great! I have been training with Matt, the owner, for several years now and I can't see myself going anywhere else. The atmosphere of the gym is always friendly and supportive. Matt and the other trainers are encouraging and provide challenging workouts. I also enjoy using their cardio equipment and taking group classes, like the Saturday morning boot camp. Two years ago I had a gastric bypass surgery and lost a fair amount of weight. Matt has helped me through the entire process. He gives me nutritional advice, helps me keep in shape and get stronger every week, and he is always encouraging me to push harder and keep up the good work. I am so grateful for Matt and Ignite Fitness. There are, of course, times when after a long day I don't feel like going to work out, but I go anyway because I know that I always leave Ignite in a good mood and feeling motivated.
