Edited to add to respond to the owner-You are NOT new. You were doing good until Feb. END edit. Can't get people their food, lies about it. Orders missing food, etc. Doesn't refund for food not delivered. Hadn't had a positive review on their FB page out of MANY since the beginning of Feb until April 24 and finally realized they could remove the review section on there. Had gone from about a 4.9 rating to about a 3 in a couple of months. Stay away from

Would not recommend! Food was 45 minutes late & cold. Delivery person had an attitude.... tried to call iHeart a couple of times that night when order hadn’t showed up after 30 minutes late, left message 3 times for someone to call me back, no one did. I finally called next day & got a hold of someone to talk to.

If I could give a zero I would! I ordered my food and 2 1/2 hours later I get an email saying my food was delivered... it NEVER came!! Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone to get my money back. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Use Waitr! This place is horrible! First off, the original estimated time is unreasonable! Other delivery services will get it there so much quicker; however, they don’t even get it there within the time frame. Then, you call and no one answers. They ask you to leave a voicemail, yet no one calls you back. I called 20 times, left two voicemails, an online submission from the website and asked my driver to have a manager contact me. Have I been contacted yet? Nope. Not to mention after my food did finally get there, it was wrong. This business is not going to succeed with this design and I personally will go out of my way to let people know how much it sucks! Again, use Waitr! It’s a million times better, put together, and will get food to you quick! Don’t know why I strayed but I sure won’t again.

If you enjoy soggy food that's been sitting in a to-go box for over an hour at the restaurant.. and you just love waiting two and a half hours for it to show up at your door.... this is the food delivery service for you!! This is the 3rd time this has happened and it will be the last.
