The process worked as described. The only negative is that I could not reach anyone at the store until I got there. I could not let them know I was coming so there was a wait. Two items were substituted but that was my fault for not clearing that option. The associate was very pleasant and efficient. With a little tweaking I might try the service again. It saved me some time after a long day.

Very fast to bring order to car. Great customer service. All items were correct in order and they explain any substitutions.
