If I could give zero stars, I would. Incredibly poor customer service. I placed an order Tuesday for delivery Thursday and let htem know it was for my Wife's birthday. I was contacted Wednesday via e-mail to let me know that they only receive Crawfish shipments Thurs/Fri, and therefore the earliest they could deliver was Friday. I called twice and didn't get and answer, so I wrote back to let them know there was no indication of this on their website. The only response was that they were 'barely hanging on with availability.' Again - no mention on the website, no apologies... no customer service. I asked them to ship them to my house for Friday delivery instead of Thursday. They wrote me back mid-morning Thursday letting me know they cancelled my order because they couldn't fulfill it. I highly suggest you order live crawfish from a more reputable source. These folks simply aren't reliable; they make very little effort to contact you, and simply will not return your phone calls.

Let me start off by saying if i could give ur company a 0 I would!!! The owner of this company is Charlie who is a complete A$$ and does not like kids and has no manners or customer service! Yesterday I was there to purchase some items from his warehouse. It was me and my child who is 2 years old. While in his warehouse my child did not get what she wanted and through a fit. While waiting for my order he approached me and said" this is a company with phone calls and ur child is throwing a fit and continued to tell me that me and my child will have to wait outside in the heat of the day for our order".. I dont recommend ordering anything from this site.
