The process is very different from what I'm used to in Canada. You order with one person, you pay with a different person, and then it gets back by different person. The food is fresh well cooked well done. Very efficient. not the friendliest stuff but happy with experience. Initially I just really wanted to try it because I know that their original Popeyes is from Louisiana I wasn't disappointed. Also fairly clean restaurant

Horrible experience! Workers combative! A 3 piece order took 36 minutes. I see why they have broken glass windows, im sure they have angered others.

Poor customer service unless you know the manager. The rest of the workers were fine but the manager was flirting/chatting with the two ladies in front of me. In the time it took to ring me up, the other side had rung up at least 5 to 8 customers, most likely more. This horrible service occurred on Sunday, April 1st at around 630. Edited: the food was good, thus the one star.

Great location, very friendly staff. For the most part the facility is kept really clean. I am only giving it 4 stars because sometimes the food is really good and some days its not so great.
