My husband and I went to dinner here recently and were very impressed! We ordered the jambalaya appetizer, the steak (it was perfectly tender - could cut it with a spoon), and the soft shell crab. (The free bread they bring you at the beginning is phenomenal too!) All of the food was DELICIOUS! But the main reason we loved it was the atmosphere and service. Our waitress, Sheila, was AWESOME! She was prompt with her service, kept our glasses full and table clean, made some great recommendations, took pictures on my phone of me and my husband, literally sat down to teach me how to eat a soft shell crab (yes, I’m a newbie), and hugged us when we left. 😆 don’t come here if you’re wanting a cheap dinner. But DO come here if you want great food (that IS worth the price), excellent service, and a memorable evening! Oh and make reservations - this place is very popular and can have a long wait. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in a long time. We had our 20 month old daughter with us and Shelia, our server was incredibly nice and accommodating to her and even took her to see the kitchen and fish in the courtyard. I had the blackened drum with crawfish tails, have to say it was perfect. We got there at 5:30pm when they re-opened for dinner and were seated immediately. Large wine selection as well, only about 8-10 beer options. Will come back every time we visit New Orleans.

We knew we would love our meal as soon as the brought out the bread. There's four or five different kinds, and each type is delicious. We ordered gumbo for our appetizer. IT WAS SO DAMN GOOD. So flavorful! Our jumbalaya was perfect and came with the best flounder I have ever eaten. And the dessert...oh my goodness I do not even have the words to describe how heavenly that was. Creme brulee with praline bottom. YUM. We will absolutely stop here again next time we make it to New Orleans!

The most amazing meal ever. As incredible as food is pretty much everywhere in the French Quarter, (even went to NOLA & Brennan's) K-Pauls put them to shame. Wasn't even close! Server was exceptional. Can't wait to go back.

Love the food here. Sat at the bar for dinner and the bartender was great. I had blackened tuna that was out if this world. Bartender turned me on to a great new Tequila.
