Cajun Seafood

Flavor was spot on! A tad over cooked but still not awfully so considering their quick service operation. The fried shrimp had a pretty heavy chicken taste because I'm sure they fry them together. The boiled shrimp are fantastic.

Awesome food very very flavorful.. Highly recommended if your looking for great seafood.. The lines are long but the staff have a pretty decent system therefore your in and out really fast. It's in the hood so don't break out your best outfit .. Dress like your going to a backyard party and you'll fit right in but you can't come to New Orleans And Not check it out.

Why is this place not more talked about?? The food here is amazing! We only stopped here because we were starving and we found this place close to us. The food is great!! I had the fried catfish plate and I was not disappointed at all. This is the second time that we stop by this place while we are in Louisiana and that should say alot since there are so many delicious places to get Cajun food. Personally I would not eat at this place since it does need a little TLC but it is a great place to pick up food and eat it at home. My husband got boiled crawfish and boiled shrimp and was in a food coma after finishing it all. I love this place!

Awesome atmosphere! It's where all the locals go. We got the crawfish boil by the pound, but the Chinese food and other seafood items on the menu (catfish, shrimp, crab legs) seemed very popular too. Very inexpensive for the quality.

We were in New Orleans for the Thanksgiving weekend, crawdads we're out of season so most restaurants were not serving them. A helpful waitress (at a different restaurant) wanted to make sure my wife didn't leave without experiencing her first crawdads so she gave us some suggestions on where to go the next day and Cajuns was at the top of her list. My wife was very happy with her first full crowd add experience. We had crawfish with potatoes and corn and some andouille sausage everything we had was very good. Parking is kind of a nightmare, and the locals weren't the friendliest people. But if you can handle those two issues it's well worth stopping by.
